My training courses can be given in Charente Maritime and neighbouring departments, in French or English.
The duration of the course is between 1 to 4 days and more if necessary.
A precise quote will be drawn up to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

I work on all aspects of catering: reception of customers, interior decoration, presentation of the menu explained in detail...
But also on the organisation of the kitchen, the optimisation of certain dishes, the choice of ingredients, etc.
