Private Chef at home

Passionate about cooking and good products, I decided to complete my career as a private chef around Royan.
I ensure catering for 6 people or more.
I use a gastronomic French cuisine acquired during my 27 years of activity in 2 restaurants, one of which in England. I can offer you foreign specialities on request.
My refrigerated van guarantees ideal freshness.
I am fluent in English and French.

I take care of everything, from the choice of the menu to the shopping, the preparation of the meal and even the tidying up of the kitchen, everything is included!

Crab and scallop cannelloni with green apple and yuzu sweetness

Milk-fed veal chop spiked with mild chorizo, crispy calf sweetbread with morels, pressed potatoes with cep sauce

Braised lamb mice 6 hours, with garden vegetables, mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes

Roasted pollack, ginger pumpkin purée and grey shrimp, coconut milk and lime sauce
